Bio

JasonJason Beickert is a licensed and insured massage therapist, certified Rolfer™, and professor with the New York College of Health Professions in the massage therapy program and in providing continuing education. He is the founder of the Gateway Healing Center and is a volunteer editor for the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute’s journal, Structure, Integration, Function. Previously, Jason was the LMT for St. John’s Red Storm Men’s Basketball team and with the NYRA at Aqueduct and Belmont racetrack working with professional horse jockeys.

Jason has been in private practice for 15 years working with people experiencing complicated chronic pain issues to help them reclaim their body; with various athletes and weekend warriors to improve their performance or recover from injury; as well as those having less-active lifestyles to feel more comfortable with their day-to-day activities.

When my clients ask me why I became a Rolfer I realize how grateful I am for this work and how it permeates my life in every way. I am passionate about my craft and sensitive with my care. Working as a Rolfer requires me to be patient, open, honest, reliable, and work from the heart. I wanted a means to better help my clientele and Rolfing enlightened me to a sophisticated yet elegant way of understanding and relating to one’s experience of the physical body.

Whatever has brought you to me may be enough to take yourself a step further and explore what it means to be open to possibility. We can experience your potential together.

Jason provides care for his clients in his office located in Cold Spring Harbor, NY.
